Our euphoria after the resounding success of the 2nd Cebu Music Festival-USA last Sunday was cut short with the tragic news from our beloved CEBU. JOY turned into SADNESS when videos and images appeared on Social Media after the 6.9 magnitude earthquake that hit the Northern part of our island. Many lives were lost, houses and buildings crumbled, and survivors begging for help. Still, it's encouraging to see images of people lending their helping hands.
Instead of having a Post Festival Party to celebrate our success, we have decided to hold a series of Fund Raising events that will culminate on October 11 and 12 to help our fellow Cebuanos.
We are knocking your hearts to help us raise funds to purchase basic needs of the victims like drinking water, food, temporary shelter, clothes and so on.
Thanks to the Production Team and Artists who volunteered to join this endeavor. Thanks also to the DONORS who have started sending their contributions.
Please keep updated as we continue to finalize the details of our project: Bangon Ug Padayon, Cebu!
We are also accepting VENDORS or Products to be sold at the Concert Venue, all proceeds to be DONATED.
